Q/01 What's the catch?
No catch. We take the first month on our own time in exchange for case-study rights. Our risk is the 30 days of labor. Your risk is zero — if we miss the target, you pay nothing and keep every asset we built. The only thing we ask for in return is permission to document the results.
Q/02 What if you don't hit the target?
You pay nothing, the partnership ends, and you keep everything — the ad account, the pixel setup, the audiences, the creative assets, the email sequences, the reports. You're no worse off than when we started. We're out 30 days of labor.
Q/03 How much ad spend do I need?
Minimum $3k/month across paid channels. Below that, a 30-day pilot can't produce statistically meaningful results. If $3k/month isn't in reach right now, we'll tell you that on the intake instead of taking your money.
Q/04 Do I need existing creative assets?
Helpful, not required. Most educational brands already have usable raw material — lesson previews, student work, testimonials, explainer clips. Part of our job is finding what you already have that works.
Q/05 What about my existing agency?
If it's working, don't break it. This pilot is for brands who either have no one running growth or have tried and it didn't stick. We don't take over live accounts mid-campaign.
Q/06 What does the retainer cost after the pilot?
$1,500/month plus 10% of managed ad spend. No long-term contract — month to month, cancel with 14 days notice. Covers daily optimization, weekly creative iteration, email/SMS management, and a written report every Friday.
Q/07 Why only educational brands?
Tracking is clean — a digital educational product with a Stripe checkout is a closed loop we can measure without attribution guessing. And we want to work with brands whose products actually help the people who buy them.
Q/08 What channels do you run?
Paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit — whichever platforms your audience lives on. Plus email and SMS for retention and repeat purchases. We don't do SEO, social media management, branding, or web design.
